1. Definitions and Acceptance of Terms

7. Sports Betting

Bets that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds at the time of submission are automatically rejected.

7.2 Odds and Pricing Errors

The odds published by bet665 for Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Superliga volleyball, NBB, MMA/UFC, e-sports, and all other sports are set by the trading team and may be changed before a bet is accepted. bet665 is not liable for clearly erroneous odds — bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds (due to a typo, technical error, or system failure) may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance.

7.3 Cancellations and Postponed Events

If a sporting event is canceled, abandoned, or postponed by more than 48 hours from its original scheduled time, all bets placed on that event will be declared void and the staked amounts returned to the player's balance. For tournaments decided by a single match (playoffs, cups), the final result after extra time and penalties is used for settlement purposes, unless the market description states otherwise.

7.4 Cash Out

The cash out feature allows players to settle a bet before the final result. The value offered is calculated in real time based on current odds. bet665 may suspend or remove cash out from any bet or market without prior notice. Partial cash out is available on selected markets. Once confirmed by the player, cash out is irreversible.

10. Account Closure

10.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or support email. Once the request is submitted, any available real-money balance will be returned via Pix or the deposit method used, provided KYC requirements have been met. Any bonus balance that cannot be withdrawn at the time of closure is cancelled without compensation.

10.2 Closure by bet665

The player and bet665 elect the courts of the District of São Paulo, SP, as the sole competent jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
